Aevi Studio Private Beta Notice

Effective: November 6, 2026. These participation conditions describe the invitation-only business beta operated by Dmitry Sergeenko under Aevi Form. Read them together with the Studio Privacy Notice. A request for access is not an account, a purchase or a guarantee of admission.

What the beta includes

Studio lets invited businesses manage Products and their Digital Twins, upload compatible static GLB/USDZ models, process Web-ready representations and use enabled Viewer, permanent-link, QR, embed and supported AR capabilities. Compatibility depends on the model, device and browser. Animation, every feature of a 3D format, native Capture-to-cloud upload and sales attribution are not promised by this beta.

This is a limited, actively developed service. Availability, processing time, limits and features may change. There is no guaranteed uptime, processing deadline, support response time or permanent free hosting. Any paid offer will require separate clear terms; requesting access does not authorize a payment.

Your account and content

Use an account you are authorized to operate for your business, protect its credentials and keep a separate copy of your original models. You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, copy, validate, convert, create thumbnails, back up and deliver that content only as needed to operate, support and protect Studio and the sharing you enable. Copies can remain in restricted recovery storage for the period described in the Privacy Notice.

Only upload content you are entitled to process and share. Do not upload unlawful material, another person's confidential information, sensitive personal information, malicious files or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass Workspace boundaries, quotas or access controls. Contact us before large campaigns or unusually demanding workloads so we can review suitability.

Uploading, sharing and replacement

A successful supported upload can become public by link when processing completes. There is no separate private-draft or Publish approval step in this beta. Anyone with an enabled link can access the representations offered through it. Place links, QR codes and embeds only where you intend customers to use them.

Replacing a model keeps the Product's public identity. The previous complete version stays available until a coherent replacement is ready. Upload transfer, processing and customer download are separate stages; a slow network or unsupported file can affect the result. Check your Product in its intended Viewer, embed and supported AR setting before using it in a customer campaign.

Disabling access or deleting a Product prevents future requests through Studio. It cannot recall already downloaded copies. An AR-button click does not establish that a native AR session took place, and event counts do not establish unique people or sales.

Support, changes and leaving

Contact founder@aeviform.com. Support is currently founder-led and is not a 24/7 service. Send the Product URL, approximate time, device/browser and error wording; never send your password. See Studio Support.

You can stop using Studio and use the available Product/account deletion controls, or ask for assistance. Access may be restricted to protect users, investigate abuse or maintain the service. If the beta changes materially or ends, we will communicate with affected participants and, where practicable, provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve their content. Keep independent originals because recovery copies are not a customer file-export service.

We provide this notice before activating an invited participant. Contact us if a condition does not fit your intended use; do not upload material on assumptions about confidentiality, long-term availability or unagreed commercial terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Changes to participation conditions will be communicated to affected participants before they apply where required.
